About Whole Self Wellness
Whole Self Wellness, LLC, is owned and operated by Kate Sollitto, LCSW-C. Kate earned a BSW from University of New Hampshire in 2008 and a MSW from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2011. She began her therapy career as a school-based therapist in Baltimore City, where she provided individual and family therapy to students; facilitated preventive, therapeutic, and social skills groups in grades K though 12; provided consultation and training to teachers; and supervised a team of other clinicians placed in other schools throughout the city. She earned a certification in children’s yoga and integrated these skills in her work in the schools.
In 2021, Kate launched Whole Self Wellness, LLC, and has provided therapy to teens, adults and families ever since. She specializes in ADHD/neurodiversity, and OCD & other anxiety disorders. She is trained in ERP, I-CBT, executive functioning skills building, and providing neurodiversity-affirming care. She believes that addressing root causes of stressors is the most effective way to discover relief from them. Clients who are interested in doing this deeper level of exploration within themselves find Kate to be a good fit for them.
